Very flexible graduate scheme, lots of opportunities and support given to follow interest, with 2 specific members of staff to look after graduates within renewables. Huge company means there are lots of teams and projects including global opportunities. Multi cultural, flexible working environment.

Cons

Huge range of support offered by teams, not always enough responsibility given to graduates (graduates underestimated and not fully utilised). Formal training opportunities are limited and seem unfairly distributed.
