Pros
The job was confortable. No pressure culture in my department. Well paid. Stability from a trusted high-revenue company. Very hard to be fired. Good employee benefits although worsening.
Cons
Non-existent change culture. Poor management culture in general. Very slow career paths. In my case, demotivating work enviroment. Absence of objective reward mechanisms. Relationship with HR is too bureaucratic. Badly implemented training culture.
