      Pros

      NONE They loot you of your health, time and give you nothing !!! Your pay will be just enough to survive.

      Cons

      The management during my time there was trained by some dacoit. They have no concern what so ever for their employees. Their daily targets were too high for a human being to meet. I used to work from morning 9 to 9 pm and then they ask you to leave the office and work from home... I have worked till 3 am. And was paid 17000 a month. The same is the case with my colleagues. And the B.T.C.H manager raised the target further. They have ample clients and they charge them like hell and still they refuse to offer a decent pay or a decent working environment to their employees. Their money making greed is beyond comparison. Shamelessly they ask you to work on a holiday and when the work flow is low they will ask you to go on leave !!! The leave will be deducted from your allotted ones. They will drain out your everything from you...your time,life and health. They denied me of leave even during severe medical conditions. If there is any other option don't join iqvia. Even if you don't have any other option...wait and find one...or make one...this isn't an option at all !!!

      Great people, interesting projects, exploitative work environment

      Pros

      People are very nice, willing to support and teach you. Great mentorship opportunities if you seek them. Seniors on projects give lots of leeway and trust to PMs and associates to prove themselves. Projects can be hit or miss, but I got lucky with mostly interesting companies/products. Multiple staffing model gives exposure to more projects in a shorter period of time. If you stick around and are good, early promotions are attainable (although you are ineligible within the first year of hiring despite performance). Vacation policy is technically unlimited, but finding time to actually take time off is very challenging unless you plan months in advance. Excellent exit options into industry.

      Cons

      Highly exploitative work environment where new hires are fresh meat to overstaff across multiple projects. Staffing model routinely spreads junior consultants across 3-4 projects even though it claims 1-2 projects, setting junior consultants up for long hours and unmet responsibilities. Bonuses are laughable and recognition is lip service only.
