      The only pros are some of the employees that work here

      Cons

      lots of favoritism, some PMs have about 10 studies while others only have 1-2. the pay for internal growth is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than external new hires, but internal PMs have a lot more responsibilties and manage higher paying studies.

      Pros

      None. This company has left me looking for a job with less than a months notice.

      Cons

      This company recruited many phlebotomists and sample collectors months ago through another company (Apodi) and have now given all of us less than a months notice that we are all losing our jobs. I took this job 3 months ago and turned down other jobs offered as I was assured that this company would be amazing to work for. I was not under any impression that something like this was going to happening and I refuse to believe that such a large amount of redundancies were not being considered 3 months ago. I have bills to pay for and children to feed but have no idea how I’ll be paying for any of this by the end of the month. IQVIA have not contacted us directly and we have received no apologies or compensation. They are even refusing to write references for us.
