It's a good entry point to the pharmaceutical industry and to develop business consulting skills. They allow to face clients and acquire engagement abilities.

Cons

Long working hours including weekends. Poor management, in some cases to doing their job. Impossible to have a balanced personal life

opportunity as it is the biggest CRO to learn and then go

Cons

they give you hundreds of contracts - worked 16 hours, management is never happy, they paid is poor for the amount of hours you work. They tell you that you will have 50 contracts so not true - this manager manage to destroy the department in two years.
