      Pros

      Flexible work options and close to home. A decent benefits package was provided. My direct managers were outstanding.

      Cons

      The company does not properly utilize their skilled employees. There is a lot of cronyism. They rather let go of a talented employee and hire a contractor whom in the long term costs the company more money. They did not seem to have a clear direction of where they wanted to go and what they want to be.

      Constant reorganizations/layoffs. Management over works and under appreciates employees. I would not recommend this employer if other options are available.
