Pros

Loved my immediate co-workers in my department and in departments which I closely worked Bonuses can be good in profitable years Cafeteria and small gym on-site

Cons

Work/like balance can be good IF you get in to the right department. Company culture is changing though so that working virtually or work from home situations are being eliminated. After lay-offs they don't replace people. More work is expected with less people. Health benefits stink - they only offer high-deductible plans

Pros

The bank has an entrepreneurial mindset and allows employees significant freedom to develop themselves, their client relationships and their careers. It has a good culture and attitude to its customers.

Cons

It is a complicated place. It reinvents the wheel frequently and it does not get the balance right between entrepreneurial and discipline. It's domestic Dutch business is poorly run, but elsewhere is generally good. It struggles to get enough women into senior roles
