Pros

-I don't use the health benefits, but I hear they are good. -$3 meals for staff.

Cons

-Pay for most part timers isn't very good. -Customers don't read the signs, and are usually scared/angry and confused. -The technology is extremely outdated. We're using cash registers from like the 1980's. -Some of the management is very gossipy. -The company is very sugarcoated, but treats you like any other retailer. -It's almost impossible to get promoted.

Pros

Good employee benefits - free recreational areas, free hours of for hospital visits, liberal flex time rules and awesome Swedish parental leave. Good working climate and company culture. Nice, (mostly) competent colleagues. Access to Europe's second largest photo studio. Decent resources.

Cons

Located in Älmhult, a miniscule and mostly dead piece of cityscape with long commuting hours to the nearest acceptably sized human dwelling. Hits hard on life balance if not surrendering to living in Älmhult. No real prospect of high salary while working at the same spot as yesterday.
