Pros

Benefits, free coffee, parking, location

Cons

It’s the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. All of the publicity “stunts” they pull to show it’s a great place to work are all falsehoods. If you want to be treated as a child this place would be for you. It’s a shame because IKEA offers an amazing benefits package but in the end it’s just not worth it.
