Pros

- Complimentary nights up to 12 nights a year for FT employees; 6 nights for PT employees. - Unlimited use of employee discounts for hotel stays per year, for stays up to 7 consecutive days, each.

Cons

- Pay is not a livable wage if you’re in MCOL, HCOL+ areas. - Raises aren’t a “raise”, but a stretch. - Lack of upward mobility. - Outdated, substandard software systems that negatively impacts business needs and customer experience. - Change to operational hours for contact center agents led to loss of schedule flexibility. - Tone-deaf Senior management
