My experience in the Digital Technology group was marked by poor management and a biased work culture. My manager, promoted mainly due to personal connections rather than merit, was a micromanager who often took credit for others’ work. Despite promises of meaningful roles and projects, I was assigned to tasks from a dissolved vertical with little support or transparency.
* Favoritism in management promotions
* Discriminatory treatment of certain employee groups contributed to a hostile workplace.
* Broken promises on projects and responsibilities
* Lack of transparency and trust
* Teams undergoing restructuring all the times
