      Pros

      The people. All associates are so friendly and it's a family atmosphere. We celebrate successes through associate events regularly, volunteer in the community, and benefits including vacation, medical insurance, paid holidays, etc. are excellent. We have fun and take care of our guests and each other!

      Cons

      We're open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week so depending on the department you work in - you must be flexible to work outside traditional business hours. Work times do change week to week based on business.

      Pros

      A true family atmoshpere, the company promotes from within whenever possible and will provide outstanding relocation opportunities. Authentic hospitality and complimentary hotel stays.

      Cons

      Challenges include hard work and a positive attitude. Truly this company makes a tremendous effort to provide opportunities for all employees to succeed.

      Great Company Good Benefits Union Great Senior Management and Human Resources Dept. Great Restaurant Assistant Managers

      Cons

      Young inexperienced Restaurant Manager that showed favoritism based on race I was the only white food server and was treated differently, I loved Hyatt but quit because I felt uncomfortable and treated as I did not fit in. ( I am now in Management in my new job)
