Pros

Awesome management and great benefit packages. One of the best places ever to work for. IF you have the opportunity I would say go for it

Cons

Sometimes departments can get a little understaffed, but that is similar with almost any place that one works in the service industry. Other then that I would say nothing is wrong with the place.

Pros

Free Rooms ever year at any 4 star Hyatt or higher up to 12 a year, really a great perk if you are a person who travels. Free lunch every day, while most of the time the food you don't want to touch and I'm pretty sure the place would fail a random health inspection, it does save a lot of money and very convenient when worrying about what food to pack for work is not even a thought. The hours for the most part are flexible and consistent. A great training facility for the individual who wants to gain leadership skills and be promoted.

Cons

like most big box hotels pay isn't the best, the hotel cares more about quantity over quality. Meaning they prefer to cut pay to hire two employees rather then gain one quality employee that will work hard. At the end of the day typical it fills like a place where you over worked and under paid.
