      Pros

      Great company to work for. Yearly parties and room for promotions.

      Cons

      A little bit of a clique environment. You definitely need to rely on those that work around you, however department to department relationships aren't strong.

      Not what it could be

      Pros

      They try to make things good but budgets pretty much get in the way, but the managers do try.

      Cons

      The focus on budgets is understandable, but then it's hard to see how things get wasted and used 'for show' when Exec's come in. If they took 1/8 as good of care with paying customers as they did their own execs they might now have budget issues. (Example: when exec comes in they get amenities 24/7, gifts and sometimes even their friends or family get everything for free)

      Pros

      Great Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation Accrued over the years, 401 K Match. Free nights at other Hyatt properties (12 a year)!

      Cons

      In this position hard to use your vacation without it affecting making your quota. In the past year they've raised quotas by 1.5 X and decreased bonus structure. I'm currently making $15,000 less than I did last year.
