Pros

Great company, feels like family. I'm on-call, so no benefits, but they are willing to promote from within and discuss career opportunities. On callers get to choose their availability for shifts every week, so it's a great job for students or anyone with a flexible schedule.

Cons

Hard physical work, but rewarding if you like people. There is a winter slow season where there is little to no work (except for full time employees).

Pros

The team on property is some of the best I have ever worked with, now I can't say with certainty about other departments, but the front office team is very supportive and runs very well.

Cons

The property itself is very run down despite renovations. We always receive the same complaints - leaks, heat not working, windows not sealed properly etc. It makes for a vey difficult time trying to please all guests.

Pros

Great place to work with great benefits. All the staffs are friendly. 12 free nights at any Hyatt hotels all over the world was a great benefit.

Cons

Some times it would get little overwhelming to learn all the new skills that they would mandate you to learn at the reservation center.
