Pros

Great people, love Humana, benefits are good, needs better pay for bilingual employees but overall miss working forthem.

Cons

You need to know the person who can help you move to higher position, even if everybody knows who should get a selected to a promotion, if management prefers somebody else , that's the one who will get the promotion.
