Pros

I don't have any pros.

Cons

Lack of actual caring and compassion even though that's humana's "thing", abusive work atmosphere and they don't care about the elderly medicare members. They only want their money.

Pros

Good benefits. Nice leadership. Supportive bosses.

Cons

The main con is that you do not have any sick days during your first 120 days of employment. If you get sick you must come to work and work sick. No matter how crappy you feel you must do it. You get an occurrence if you do not show up to work and at the second occurrence you get fired. There is no way to bypass the occurrence. Not even a doctor's note or some valid reason. you don't come to work you're out. I believe that is ridiculous, especially coming from a healthcare company. They tell you they care so much about your well-being you better not get sick because if you do you're out.
