Pros

Humana —independent of CarePlus— is likely an overall good company to work for. Not sure what CarePlus is doing. Benefits are also excellent.

Cons

Extremely strange training experience designed for their ICRs (Inbound Contact Reps). There were fictitious students in the training class; these individuals posed as “trainees”, however, they were actual employees of Humana (CarePlus) whose purpose was to monitor everything the actual trainees were doing and engage in training based on what they monitored, etc. This made for an extremely uncomfortable & discouraging training environment. They were also very unprofessional; I was appalled at the level of unprofessionalism. Not sure why they would design training this way. It’s very odd and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I’m sure they have a justifiable reason for this, and perhaps, it works if it isn’t obvious to the trainees. Pay is also very low, but can suffice for a second/side job.
