Pros

Lots of sun on mallorca, Palma town, nice beaches, good roads if you like cycling, great sea and the food and drink.

Cons

No real leaders on the executive board, their only interest is how much money they personally make, bullying culture, corrupt, jobs for friends and family only, incompetent managers across the business. Very toxic environment unless you are in the gang.

location, nice colleagues, HR efforts to improve employee xperience

Cons

stressful work environment, pressure from all sides. leadership is driven by ego and will squeeze employees like lemons to achieve targets. despite HR efforts to improve employee wellbeing, there is little support from hiring managers, ending up with demotivated employees
