Too many meetings. Sometimes as much as 7 or 8 hours a day in meetings with meetings up to 4 hours long each and achieving nothing. No training opportunities. Awful salary. Manager did nothing but take credit for any work I did and didnt actually have the skills necessary to do his job. Completely disorganised and nothing ever achieved due to no department wanting to work with other departments. No opportunity for promotion or any kind of advancement. Hard to be enthusiastic when everyone around you starts the day by complaining how much they hate their jobs. Very stuck in their ways and using outdated technology. Not open to new ideas. You will spend your whole time talking and never doing and stuck in a maze of bureaucracy that prevents you from achieving anything.

micro-management, no trust in people, dysfunctional company that is launching visions without any idea how to realize them (building from the roof), saying one thing and doing opposite, bad salaries, "bro" (or cousin) way of promoting people rather than based on knowledge and experience, poor leadership.
