Low salary no training (it´s sink or swim when you start) clueless management toxic culture career progression only if you suck up to the right people HQ in Mallorca means culture of mañana mañana Little island mentality throughout

day shift, Friday midday starts your weekend

Cons

Bullying.Negative feedback if you leave them. Nepothism. Acceptance to abusive and agressive bosses. Quantity over quality. Very tense work ambience. Supervisors who overcontroll entry-levels. Apart of your lunch break you have 15 minutes to go to bathroom during the day!! and you have to chek in and check out for it so they can know if you do not exceed them!

Good salary; based in Palma de Mallorca; Industry leader.

Cons

Depending on the department you're at, life can be horrible, disgusting or just boring and underpaid. Very old school company culture and technology. Even high management doesn't know where the company is heading to and doesn't have a very clear plan for the future.
