Pros

People are generally great. Coping with massive corporate change and management indecision.

Cons

Aiming to be the number one in the industry without having a defined plan of action to get there. Any plan which is in place is not supported by adequate direction. Decisions made slowly and often changed once hard work has been done to achieve the original targets. Confusing for employees.

Dynamic, aggressive in the market, can do attitude, will to win

Sexist, centrist, provincial, chooses too many shortcuts/quality is bad, worst HR department that I have ever seen, communication is appalling
