Pros

My co-workers became family. They made the job bearable.

Cons

No growth opportunities. Employee turnaround is sky high. Zero company culture. Management is a joke. Systems we use for reservations are inefficient and old. My direct supervisor was/is bipolar. Constantly creates a toxic environment for the department with just her presence. Petty does not begin to describe her. Just horrible. Avoid. Find employment somewhere else.
