Pros
The company has some entrepreneurial people who have good ideas. Some department are performing better then others. Good on creating ideas and brainstorming. You can wear flip flops and sandals in the summer and holiday clothes all year round.
Cons
Majority of Directors (in the company for years) are at the level (performance, strategy, vision) lof managers. They didn't see anything apart from Mallorca. High level of hierarchy: the big office, separate carpark place and ... a chair with white top are your attributes of power. The top management far away from the middle management challenges. Don't know which project to focus on, change the direction and creation of a lot of work. The few people experts in their fields and ready for change exhausted with the contant change of stockholder's briefs. Level of sexism, as a female you will be scanned top down regularly.
