No stress. People act as victim. Friday is half journey. Bus company transport free for employees. Flexi time starting at 8am

Cons

No respect for the employees. People doesnt take responsability. No keadership everthing dicted by technology even finance legal, operation. Really disaster

Pros

I worked with a smart group of people who worked hard, but were always willing to help with training or answer questions. They were never too busy to help you solve a problem. It's easy to network and the company makes it simple for you to move onward and upwards within or even outside of the department after a certain number of months. There are little perks like yoga classes, help with transportation (buses for employees) and onsite lunch options, etc. In Spain the salary usually leaves something to be desired, but I thought it quite fair. Good work/life balance, although this depends on your position.

Cons

From what I heard from other employees, some departments are run smoothly and everyone in the office is polite and friendly, while others not so much. Some are transparent and everyone knows whose responsibility is what, whereas others are a little chaotic. It's difficult to say what kind of atmosphere you'll find. It depends on the department and manager(s).

Cons

This is a highly disorganised organisation. Each departments don't seem to talk to each other and you need to search around to find the right person responsible for an issue and in some cases you will not be able to find such a person in charge. Slow to respond to market needs.
