Pros

The team used to be quite good a few years ago and made go to work worthwhile. This has changed drastically ever since.

Cons

No career progression plan or serious path Forget growth if you are not Spanish or have friends in the company at high levels Incredibly disorganized and unprofessional, departments are detached and there is a blame culture around, no one is held accountable or seems to care much, they only do their hours

Pros

Lots of sun on mallorca, Palma town, nice beaches, good roads if you like cycling, great sea and the food and drink.

Cons

No real leaders on the executive board, their only interest is how much money they personally make, bullying culture, corrupt, jobs for friends and family only, incompetent managers across the business. Very toxic environment unless you are in the gang.
