Pros

Great colleagues, good work environment, inside career. Life in Palma where the headoffice is, is great. Line managers are usually promoted inside the company therefore the work opportunities are great.

Cons

Since the company hired an external company to run an audit in the hotel contracting area the pressure has gone too high. The Product Evolution has led to high amount of pressure and high number of resigns. Salaries are low compared to the industry.

Pros

Great benefits, competitive salaries, steady income, we have various company events that are fun and you will get to know your team pretty well.

Cons

Upper management has their favorites and if you’re not part of their favorites you won’t get to climb the corporate ladder. Regardless of how qualified you are for a position, if your supervisor, manager or director has a friend going for the same position they will give it to them even if they aren’t that qualified for the position.

Little growth opportunities. Bad/Bully top management, toxic working environment. Lots of polítics, no meritocracy. Terrible Company culture. No good values. Competitive not collaborative
