Pros

Good benefits, very generous paid time off policy and paid holidays. Line Managers are very good at mentoring and teaching.

Cons

Below avg pay to similar smaller companies. Everything flows through the head office in Spain which does not necessary work in North America like it might in European cities. Big bureaucracy to maneuver through to get your day to day work done (can be very frustrating) . The wholesale segment of the travel industry is shrinking and while it won't be completely gone it is shrinking at an alarming rate which might limit potential for professional growth in the segment.
