      - Still some really great people left in the organisation - Ambition to be a better company is there (how they execute is a different story)

      Cons

      - Concept of 'Trust' in the company is gone - Back stabbing and political games are on the increase - Image over results seems to be the new importance

      Pros

      Pay is good for union work, ok if you have union protection. Can learn a lot about heavy industry for people starting out in the work force.

      Cons

      Treat non union staff like dirt, cut benefits every few years. Tokenism, nepotism and cronyism rule the culture. Globalist culture driven now, was much better in the past.
