      Pros

      Pay and pension. (If you make it that far.) That's it.

      Cons

      -Long hours -No support from management -Total lack of respect for people who keep the wheels turning -Always hiring because people always quitting first year -Cameras, radio and GPS to track EVERYTHING you do -NO life when busy. 12-14 hour days in the heat, no AC
