Company car, phone, some good gangs within the company

Cons

No fuel card, overtime goes to certain few ( they have there favourites). Making redundancies with little or no pay out.

It is a global company, present in 90 countries and industry leader in almost all countries where it is present. It has a good repository of industry best practices and highly performance driven.

Cons

Given that it is a global company, there are many hierarchies in the system. There are sometimes delays in execution of winning initiatives because the idea has to be cleared up to the Group Level.
