      Toxic environment! This company burns out its employees then discards them. Mgmt are immoral and misleading.

      Pros

      The people are fantastic! What’s left of them anyway, most of the competant staff have been snapped up by other companies who actually value their staff.

      Cons

      Company morale is not something this company puts ANY effort towards. Staff are treated poorly by management, with the general attitude being «Do it, be grateful, or get out« . Yearly pay reviews are a myth. In almost 5 years and had 1 (one) review. Stability is non existant, constant reshuffling. People are made redundant en masse and management doesn’t even send a thank you email for their service. Extremely limited career opportunities.

      Pros

      They have a good work at home policy for most locations and positions.

      Cons

      While they say all the right things, they actually treat employees very badly. Many (most) have not had a pay raise in years. No one is ever treated as an individual, one size fits all is their approach.

      1. Flexibility to work from home 2. Unlimited PTO 3. Rich benefits and perks 4. Beautiful global offices

      Cons

      1. Executives lack of leadership and consistency 2. Executives have blurry vision for the company. 3. Executives compete with each other - there is no true north. 4. Extremely bureaucratic and hierarchical - especially within HR 5. Burdensome processes to get things moving 6. Lack of willpower to truly transform 7. The merger of HCC with HV was the biggest mistake ever. Poor integration (or should I say non-existent?) 8. Years without any merit increases. No executives or Finance know how to bake this into their budget annual planning process?? 9. Controlled heavily by the Japanese parent company
