      Pros

      - Quarterly bonuses are nice - They are moving to a new HQ/facility in 2019 - There is some work/life balance depending on which team/group you reside

      Cons

      - No career advancement - If you don't reside at HQ you don't matter - Current culture is to fire existing employees or make them so miserable they quit - Most of the competent leaders have either been fired or pushed out - No raises - Benefits not competitive with industry - No clear strategy or direction; changes with the wind - What was once a great company and culture, is no more

      Declining revenue and salary freezes

      Great people. That's about it.

      Cons

      Salary freeze for the entire company. Even all the people who busted their hump for hard earning promotions. Bonus was comical. Company appears to have serious financial issues that "surprised" executive leadership, just within the last few months. Dishonest in communication to employees.

      Good pay. Easy job because no one is held accountable

      Cons

      Very poor managers. Lots of layoffs and turnover. Constant shift in vision with poor communication from leadership. So many different processes from teams that dont talk to each other that nothing gets done
