Where to start - does CRO = Clown Revenue Officer?
Worst global leader I've ever been around.....unless you enjoy underwhelming and demotivating!
We've had more RIF's and "secret" RIF's, and re-orgs, and re-structures, etc. in the past 3 years than anyone in the industry, when does it end, is there any real direction or leadership??
Is there any forward looking REAL development on our CORE product.....do you remember our core product, it is Storage!......or do we just go from a 15+ year dominate market position to now getting our bums kicked by last years start ups??
I guess this makes us a Taxi company in the new world order of Uber and Lyft...…...
Revenue rapidly shrinking, great employees leaving as fast as they can, zero product development in the last 5+ years/way behind, unrealistic goals coupled with year over year (over year, over year......) shrinking sales comp plans......but other than that, it is great!
