Pros

Hearst has the best benefits and great insurance

Cons

Every single employee is under a contract and they will threaten to sue anyone that tries to leave even if your spouse gets offered a job. The company does not promote with in, once you're hired for a position that is the position you will work forever.

Pros

Not many...most of my colleagues are ok, not very sales savy to say the least. Most AE's have been trained to pitch in a very non-consultative way

Cons

Very few perks, management believes that all is great and can't understand why people leave. 100% commission and a lack of incentives = high turnover
