It's a nice building in a good location

Cons

senior management doesn't care about level of experience, would rather pay promotions without pay-rises really poor vacation, health benefits, maternity leave policies

Pros

Not many...most of my colleagues are ok, not very sales savy to say the least. Most AE's have been trained to pitch in a very non-consultative way

Cons

Very few perks, management believes that all is great and can't understand why people leave. 100% commission and a lack of incentives = high turnover
