Invisible leadership. Take employees for granted. Minimal investment. High staff turnover. Tick box mentality. Blame culture. Poor HR department. No flexible working.

Probably the last media company out there that really cares and values quality journalism, deep roots in journalism, privately owned so the company cares about the product and employees - not shareholders

Cons

It takes a while to build that vacation time. First and even second year employees might be disappointed
