Pros

Mostly all downhole tools perform satisfactorily

Cons

The paperwork or any other system in the company requires its employees to sign on everystep that they perform on the tools...looks very kiddish and advocates blame game incase something goes wrong with the tools.During the oil glut that started in 2014 they fired their employees mercilessly without trying to transfer them to other parts of the world.Even the smaller competitor company did this
