Huge name Great system Supportive management (except few)

Cons

Very slow promotion Office position is saved for the ones who have good connection not good qualification Courses are very limited

Good pay, great 401k plan, great stock purchase program, great opportunity to learn out in the field, per diem pay, mileage pay, great experience

Cons

Over-worked, very poor work-life balance out in the field, no schedule, always on call unless on vacation, unorganized, difficult lifestyle for family life, preferential treatment if friends with management...
