      Pros

      Lots of room to learn, lots of opportunities to advance in your career and it's all in your hands if you are willing to put the work in.

      Cons

      Compensation is not that great when compared with the competitors, which is some people leave. On the other hand the benefits are much better than other companies and the health insurance is the best!

      Pros

      Good people to work with in the field. Decent accommodations. I was hired out school. Good place to start off at and learn the business. Halliburton has good safety expectations. If you like to travel, there are plenty off opportunities.

      Cons

      Bad communication, Hard to get promotion, bad management. If you know somebody, you can move up fast, if not you're stuck Very short staffed. Bad training.
