It is a huge company, but that is good and bad.

The benefits are great and you get two weeks vacation when you start. You can also buy a week of vacation during open enrollment to be taken out your check over the year.

Cons

No one whats to cross train duties. you do your job but, if you take vacation your work will be there when you get back piled high.
