Excellent benefits, great pay, wonderful co-workers, staff are quick to respond to questions. Everyone in upper management is friendly, making it easy to communicate with them. Excellent work-life balance and flexibility in taking time off. A great place to kick-start a new career, and there is high job security with the company.

Cons

Quite a bit of travel to remote locations can be involved, along with some international travel.
