      Lateral hires earn much more than loyals

      Pros

      Used to be known for good work life balance. In some pockets having very dependable managers.

      Cons

      Getting infested with lots of politics with new management hires. Replacing low wage workers with high wage workers due to nepotism.

      Pros

      They use to pay Rs 250 for a forced working on Sundays.

      Cons

      They fire without any reason. They will give you a printed resignation letter and ask you to write in your own handwriting. With the warning that, you will not get experience letter, if you do not write. No compensation paid on forced layoff. I agreed to work for them with 1/4 of my salary. Still they fired, saying there is not work in the next 2 months. No firing time. In less than 10 min. All done. Security will escort you to exit door. It feels shameful to exit with security.
