Pros

Working on the corporate side as a Recruiter, I had a pretty stable position, because the turnover rate in retail banking was so high.

Cons

HSBC didn't really value employees and they made it tougher and tougher each year for the retail banking staff to earn bonuses.

Pros

Facilities and Process are good. But everything good ends here.

Cons

No growth and exposure. Multiple managers to report. Very slow in adopting new technologies. Culture of favoritism prevalent. Performance reviews are a joke now a days. Only join if you want leisure and free time.
