Pros

- flexible working, able to work from home once if not twice a week. Able to buy & sell holiday entitlement. - good pension scheme - relaxed working environment - less redundancies than other banks - most colleagues tend to be friendly

Cons

- career progression can be extremely difficult, hard workers don't seem to be rewarded accordingly. Much a case of 'who's best friends with the boss'. - bonuses around 8-10% for above average yearly performance. - payrises can be paltry some years (try £100 annual payrise!) - training has been an issue, external training budget non existent - senior management don't seem to care too much about those who actually do the work

Pros

The CEO is a absolutely phenomenal leader and has a clear vision for the future.

Cons

There are a number of really toxic leaders in the organization and the company is very bureaucratic. While there are some that are now gone, there are still a number that they need to take action on.
