Pros

People were very supportive. They always help if you ask. Fun people to be around in general.

Cons

Long hours, low pay. It's very difficult to get a promotion. You will have to work extremely hard but your hard work wont be recognized.

Pros

Free cab pickup and drop facilities, global brand name, less work pressure, comfortable working hours, good exposure to the global banking model

Cons

Feels like a school, only managers and above can use phones on the floor Slow outdated systems, websites don't open, searching for even codes is a nightmarish experience No scope to think and innovate, just get requirements and start executing Too hierarchical, values experience more than talent, leading to retention of dumb people in mid and senior level management, who can only talk
