Pros

Certain flexibility in working hours. More annual leave than market average. Clearly segregated duties. Side benefits are good. Multinational culture.

Cons

Cannot foresee any career advancement. Pay is lower than market in terms of IT staff. Good results in appraisal do not mean any progression. Lack of efficiency or even equipment. The computers given to IT staff could not even run Excel/Outlook smoothly, not to mention other development tools. Plenty of time is wasted at waiting for the computer to load.

Pros

There aren't any pros to working here

Cons

They find every excuse not to pay bonuses. They micro manage employees. They expect you to work overtime and not pay you for it. Branches are in disrepair. Awful customer service. Lack of competitive products to see. They promise a book of thousands of 'affluent' customers but they don't have any. They force you to sell products unsuitable to clients needs. Zero advancement opportunities.
