Pros

Work culture is alright. Diversity is great.

Cons

Opaque, Bureaucratic, Hypocrytical, Mis-managed due to lack of expertise and quality in top and middle management and due to its extra-ordinarily large size and number of employees, single-faceted and needs to improve Compliance and quality efforts in various operational and regulatory aspects.

Pros

Decent experience, learn a lot in short amount of time

Cons

Group leadership turned over 3 times in 3 years. Only 2 or 3 analysts became associates, most left to join other M&A groups or go to PE Everything about the group is kind of a joke, mostly pitching and few deals, no leadership, zero mentor-ship except by other analysts/associates Pay consistently below mkt with little differentiation regardless of work amount or quality
