Pros

Great share-save scheme however i think i invested at a great time.

Cons

At my time at hsbc i have felt the support for staff is disgraceful from management. Managers are trained to be slave masters as working there i heard “crack the whip” being used plenty of times. If you are unsure what to do managers will look down on you instead of help you. They never knew what was going on themselves. Managers will never listen to you especially in one to ones where its all about how im helping the managers look good. My time in branch muswell hill was run by a man who liked seeing His staff fail. He was pathetic. My manager at private bank and premier came across discriminating and like to try bully staff. My time at remediation dawson house was the worst with my manager not knowing what she was doing and was a Narcissist. There is a poor moral all over the company where people just care about themselves especially gcb4s and above. Im so glad to have left and found working for a smaller company was much better as we all support each-other and managers make quick changes when something is not working.
