Thank you also for your "Pros" - everyone does try hard to have the right focus on our clients and our brilliant people, so pleasing to read you are positive here. Thank you for your comment about how we continue to deal with Covid-19 - this pandemic is shockingly hard for so many people worldwide - as you know, at HKA we know our number 1 priority is the health and wellbeing of our people. We are very proud of how our people have adapted, collaborated and juggle the personal and professional challenges thrown their way in this pandemic. We do know that we need to "keep on our toes" and continue to focus on our clients and people...I promise we are not complacent and we also know we are not perfect - we do have passion and energy to keep improving. I read your "Cons" and empathize with you. You are right being busy is the better option; please also look after your health too. We encourage our people to take breaks, take that walk, call your family and friends, make lunch, dance, etc etc...all things that can be brushed aside as we continue to work remotely and want to deliver. Thank you for your contribution to HKA, as I see you have worked with us for over three years. Much has been achieved in that time, and you will have given lots to our journey...onwards and upwards we go! Great to read a posting from a current employee and Partner of HKA. Thank you for taking the time to post your views about HKA. Really good to read you think we have amazing people with incredible experience and there is great support for new ideas and the growth potential is tremendous. You wont be surprised for me to agree with you! Our people are the difference and I think they are brilliant. You said you had been here for less than a year and you love working at HKA - this makes me happy for you and I am so pleased for you that you see our people being supportive - that is very important when you are new, especially when you joined during a pandemic where "in person" time is limited. As you know, we do value opinions from our people, our clients and other colleagues, as this allows us to consider the feedback and look to improve further.
