Thank you. Love your headline: "HKA - such a great place to work" - I am happy for you and HKA...we all spend much time working, so lovely to read you think HKA is a great place to work.
Thank you also for your "Pros" - everyone does try hard to have the right focus on our clients and our brilliant people, so pleasing to read you are positive here. Thank you for your comment about how we continue to deal with Covid-19 - this pandemic is shockingly hard for so many people worldwide - as you know, at HKA we know our number 1 priority is the health and wellbeing of our people. We are very proud of how our people have adapted, collaborated and juggle the personal and professional challenges thrown their way in this pandemic.
We do know that we need to "keep on our toes" and continue to focus on our clients and people...I promise we are not complacent and we also know we are not perfect - we do have passion and energy to keep improving.
I read your "Cons" and empathize with you. You are right being busy is the better option; please also look after your health too. We encourage our people to take breaks, take that walk, call your family and friends, make lunch, dance, etc etc...all things that can be brushed aside as we continue to work remotely and want to deliver.
Thank you for your contribution to HKA, as I see you have worked with us for over three years. Much has been achieved in that time, and you will have given lots to our journey...onwards and upwards we go! Please also stay with us as we are growing and want more brilliant and diverse colleagues to join us.
